A First Home Saver Accounts (FHSA) is a trust solely established to offer FHSAs to the public. The trustee must be registered with the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) as a trustee of a public offer entity and hold the appropriate Registrable Superannuation Entity (RSE) licence.
